We know that nothing can seem more intimidating than "trying out a new church." At Crossroads Church, our desire is that everyone feels comfortable coming through our doors.
Want to engage? Then jump in! Want to hang out in the back? We've got no problem with that. We are excited that you feel God calling you to be a part of of a church community, and we are honored to be a part of your faith journey. Join us this Sunday and see what God is up to at Crossroads North Church.
Sunday morning is where you can engage God through music, prayer, and conversation. Here are some details.
TIME: Our service starts at 10am and lasts about an hour. People typically begin to arrive for coffee and conversation around 9:45am, but if you need a few minutes more to sleep in, no one will fault you for coming in right at 10:00 ; )
WHAT TO WEAR: The atmosphere and attire are casual. We strive to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere where people can focus on God.
KIDS: Our school-age kids worship with the adults for the first half of the service. Before the sermon, the children are invited to CrossKids Sunday class where they can experience age appropriate teaching and fun. Of course, kids are welcome to be a part of the entire "adult" worship service - parents are free to make the decision that works best for their family. In an attempt to make life easier for you, we have early on-line check in for the kiddos. You can check in online beginning on Saturday at noon. Chick here to check that out!
BABIES: We have a nursery available for the littlest ones (from infant though age 4).
What should I expect?
We aren't perfect people, we just strive to be faithful people. We see Sunday morning as a family reunion, and being with family means being ourselves. If you're a jeans and t-shirt kind of person, great! If you're more into wearing a three-piece suit, cool!
As a community, we want to worship God with our whole hearts. When we come together on Sunday morning we want to focus in on God's love through singing, prayer and honest conversation.
